Once the contract is signed and the initial payment is received we will send the AED to the address provided. Following this and for the next four years you will have a worry-free experience. We will ensure that your AED is regularly serviced and that the device is continuously monitored for proper functionality.

We hope you are in a situation that you never have to use the AED. But in the event that your AED is used, rest assured that you are in good hands with one of the best AED's on the market and that the experience will be worry-free. We will send you all the necessary replacement equipment to ensure that your AED is back in ready-to-use order.

You can cancel your rental agreement at any time. Please be aware that that there is penalty in which you will be responsible for the following six month installment charges.

Yes! You can rent as many AED's as you need. To do this, please reach out to us directly via [email protected] and we would be happy to arrange your monthly installments to reflect the multiple rentals.

At the end of the rental term, you will have three options available to you:

1. You can renew your rental agreement for another four years. In this case, we will send you a brand new AED to replace the current AED that you have in place.
2. You can buy out your current AED at a cost of its remaining residual value.
3. You do not renew contract and do not buy out your current AED.
